As a SIFI-certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor, I provide clinical consultation to graduate level social work and psychology students, as well as licensed and unlicensed clinicians serving in community mental health clinics, school based health centers, and private offices. In addition to direct clinical supervision, I have taught as an adjunct professor in the MSW program at Southern Connecticut State University. In both of these capacities I have developed a keen awareness off the supervisory support necessary to cultivate both theoretical comprehension and clinical competency in various service delivery areas. I assist clinicians in exploring the intersection of self and client, recognizing what both inspires and inhibits the clinical task at hand, while also honoring a Supervisee's particular areas of interest and skill. I share a strong commitment to furthering the field of Clinical Social Work, appreciate the intense inward and outward examination that is required of each clinician, and feel grateful to those Clinicians that allow me to be part of their professional journey.
