About Me
A practicing psychotherapist for fifteen years, I have worked as a clinician, supervisor, and program manager in a multitude of clinical settings, including hospitals, community mental health clinics, schools, and private offices. As a Clinical Social Worker, understanding my clients' experiences within a particular social context ensures comprehensive assessment and tailored intervention in the treatment of both chronic and episodic anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. I have particular interest and expertise working with college/young adult populations and the developmental stressors associated with this momentous stage of identity formation. Additionally, I have considerable experience working with women navigating various life transitions: pregnancy and/or postpartum adjustments, empty nesting, divorce, and intimate loss. I am grateful to all of my clients for inviting me into their life story and affording me the opportunity to employ the skills I have to do this work I love.
